Let’s Get Caught Up Shall We?

Hello friends,

How have you been? I feel like it’s been a while since I shared real life stuff with you! Here’s some of what’s been going on around here lately.

We managed to get in some sledding even given our super warm winter. You can see there wasn’t much snow here, in fact the ski station was completely deserted.

Needless to say Spring came early. This is our neighbour’s almond tree in bloom in March.

We spent the weekend with friends and family in Lyon, and attended a very fun and colourful birthday party.

An early Spring meant this is the earliest I’ve had fresh strawberries! We do our best to eat seasonally and locally, and these came from close by our town.

This month it’s been all about the 30 Days of Creative Simplicity Challenge. This is one of my favourite shots from the month so far.

We had an amazing weekend with friends at a house in the country. Great weather, good food, music and people we enjoy being with. It can’t be beat!

Someone turned seven this month. Seven!!

His music is on repeat now. I was a huge fan. Cancel that, I AM a huge fan, because thankfully his music and good works will live on.
